It is through the owner's better understanding of the business valuation and sales process, that Zoran's team provides clients with clarity and certainty when making the decision to sell their hardest earned asset.

As part of his goal to help Business Owners bring certainty to their business exit, in 2015 Zoran released his first book: “How to Sell a Small Business: The seven-step guide to selling your business”. The book is filled with a wealth of knowledge and structured information, which Xcllusive wish to share with business owners.

Zoran believes that the future of business broking is not in being a service provider, but in becoming a trusted profession and providing advice and guidance to business owners during the business exit process.

He is a Director on the Board for the Australian Institute of Business Brokers and serves on the national committee. He is also a Certified AIBB Registered Business Valuer. Winner of 2014 My Business Award.

Jason Tunbridge of Leadership Think Tank.

Jason is business innovator with more than 20 years’ experience in a variety of senior roles, Jason is well versed in the challenges of leadership at all levels. A seasoned mentor and business coach he has the résumé that only experience will generate.

Jason has thrived in some tough environments and loves the challenges associated with getting the best out of people to drive an organisation’s agenda, whilst recognising they have more in their lives than work. Experience as an entrepreneur driving his own successful organisations has rounded out Jason’s portfolio.

Jason is passionate about people in leadership and has a pragmatic, straightforward approach recognising that change within organisations is inevitable, but that need not be the game changer individuals perceive it to be, or perhaps it is – the choice lies with the individual.

Jason is completing a BA in psychology and a Masters in Business Administration.

Thursday November 16 – Greg Donlan – “There will also be a presentation from Greg Donlan, regarded as one of Australia’s leading sales strategists. Greg works with organisations to help them build clever systems to identify, progress and secure revenue, and presents his thoughts on the process on sales in an interactive, engaging session.”

Thursday November 23 – Ed Kreamer – “There will also be a presentation from Ed Kreamer, who, as CEO of his family’s pet supplies business, achieved double digit, per annum growth in sales and earnings, through establishing processes and eliminating under-performing inventory. He led the partial sale of the business to one of Australia’s leading private equity firms, which culminated in a complete sale of the business to one of the world’s largest consumer goods business in 2010.”
