Through selling his own business, he learned that it wasn't good enough just to have a good 'product'; You have to believe in the business and know everything about it. It was on this basic foundation and business principal that he formed Xcllusive in 2004 with the goal of bringing together a good team to bring these principals to the business Broking Industry.

Trained as a valuer in London, Peter has worked in the US, Europe and Asia and has a history of bringing people together to achieve their financial goals.

Mark Willoughby has over 25 years of first hand business industry experience. Having owned and operated three successful franchised businesses in the Central West NSW region, he is recognised as a leader in business for the Central West. Mark has held numerous positions over the years in tourism, council, business chambers, entrepreneur programs and community fund raising and development initiatives. His passion for local business and sensitivity towards issues faced by small businesses and communities enables Mark to take a knowledgeable and genuine approach to any business.

Neill has over 20 year’s corporate business experience and has been in business as a business owner for the last 5 years operating mostly in the financial services Industry. Denise Hall successfully built and operated her own consulting business over 14 years, which was strategically acquired in 2011 by another business in the same industry.
