Gavin Moss of Chifley Advisory was appointed Liquidator of Sans Pareil Estate Pty Ltd on 27 October 2022. Sans Pareil Estate Pty Ltd was the main trading entity within the larger Group with the ownership of the trademarks (amongst other assets) of the wine products registered in the name of this Company.

Whilst the physical assets of the Company have been dealt with, the Company’s trademarks are for sale, not including business names or domain names.

The Company formerly manufactured wine and bottled and labelled bulk wine, a new style of premium wines to its customers. Local distributors included some of the leading liquor retailers including the online wine and liquor retailers in Australia.

The Trademarks relate to many of the brands used for selling wines in the local and international market (including UK/NZ).

Trademarks (15) and Labels (15) are available to acquire.

The Opportunity

By acquiring the Sans Pareil Estate Trademark and Label/Logo assets, the new owner has the option to bolt these onto an existing offering.
