Zoran Sarabaca’s passion for helping and educating business owners over the last 17 years has seen him make the Finals of the prestigious Ethnic Business Awards (EBAs).

As Australia’s longest-running business awards, the EBAs recognise the outstanding accomplishments of Migrant and Indigenous entrepreneurs, and the contribution they have made to the nation.

Zoran is the Owner and Principal of Xcllusive Business Sales. With clients across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Canberra, as well as the Central Coast and Regional NSW, Xcllusive Business Sales helps people find the best successors for their businesses and formulate the right exit plan.

Zoran moved to Australia from the then Yugoslavia in 1991. Young, determined, and motivated, he set out to make his mark in this exciting new country.

As a business owner from the age of 17, Zoran’s understanding of business is impressive. But it was his own experience of trying to sell a business that set him on his life journey. In 2004, after having little success selling his business through brokers, he gathered his own exceptional team to provide the best business broking service.

“I am so proud to have been nominated for an award, and to have achieved success in my adoptive country,” he said.

Xcllusive Business Brokers

“Xcllusive Business Sales started small in Sydney and today it is a national company helping thousands of people transition through business sales and acquisitions.

“I seek to educate owners on their business value and help them evaluate their position to ensure they make the best exit based on their current situation.

“It isn’t just about money – selling a business is an emotional journey for most people. The business has been their baby and they are leaving it behind. That’s hard, but we make that transition easier for them. We are involved in every way and feel great when we get them a good result. It’s all about building trust,” he said.

“We use a very different system to other business brokers – that’s our point of difference. And that excellence is what allows us to employ and keep the absolute best talent – the best in Australia.”

The aim of the Ethnic Business Awards is to provide successful role models and highlight Australia as a key destination to create and sustain business across all sectors of industry, regardless of race, colour, creed, religious, economic, or social differences.

Judges consider various criteria, including the viability and sustainability of the business created, and their contribution to Australia and their communities.

“From selling my own business and starting Xcllusive Business Sales 17 years ago to what we are today – and being in the Finals of the EBAs – it’s been an exciting journey,” said Zoran.

“I am grateful for the opportunities I have had in Australia, and the chance to create such a successful business that makes such a difference in the lives of so many business owners.”
